No sorry, this option is only available from our Australian website for Brisbane locals and visitors/travelers.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow a 48 hours processing time (see above).
Transit times may vary, but you can expect your parcel within 1-6 weeks depending on your location. Orders are shipped primarily with USPS.

Pricing is based on weight and the correct total will be displayed at checkout once you have entered your address. Below is an estimate of the costs.

Most locations, including Canada, Russia, EU countries, UK & Ireland and countries within Asia Pacific. If you cannot check out because your country is not available/has an error, please contact us to arrange your order.

Will you combine multiple orders?
No sorry, this option is not available. Please carefully consider your purchase before processing payment.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are available if an order has not been processed/shipped. Once it has been processed/shipped we cannot accept COM cancellations. All sales are final in this regard.
Can I return my order for a refund?
No, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted except in the event of damaged goods - however this must be approved by Femme Fatale prior to a return being accepted.
My order is missing/damaged, what now?
Please contact us for resolution (see website footer for contact details). Include any applicable photographs and information, including your order number.
Refunds will NOT be processed for orders shown as delivered/signed for.
I was charged taxes/fees on my parcel :(
Unfortunately any applicable charges on a parcel (including but not limited to taxes, duties, tariffs etc) are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Femme Fatale is not liable to reimburse the buyer for any charges upon a parcel once it dispatches our warehouse.
Femme Fatale is not able to declare an incorrect value or incorrect description of goods when shipping from our USA warehouse (all purchases made via this website)
